Processing Your Order
- Once you place an order, we start preparing it right away! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). If you order over the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing it the next business day.
- During busy seasons, processing may take a bit longer, but don’t worry – we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout, so there are no surprises.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50! Just one way we like to say thank you for shopping with us.
Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. It may take 1-2 business days for the tracking info to show up, so don’t worry if it doesn’t update immediately.
- If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us at info@peasandgiggles.com, and we’ll help you track it down.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address. -
Missed Delivery:
If no one is available when your package is delivered, the carrier may leave a note and attempt delivery again or send it to a local collection point.
What If My Package is Damaged or Lost?
- We pack every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@peasandgiggles.com within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- If your package seems lost, let us know and we’ll work with the carrier to help locate it.
